Sweepstakes Timing
The Monos × Reformation Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 9:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on June 5, 2026, and continues through 11:59 PM PT on June 10, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of LYMI, Inc. (“Sponsor”), the administrator of the Sweepstakes, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations apply. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes agreement by entrant to these Official Rules.
Here's How It Works
To be entered into the Sweepstakes, visit monos.com/reformation during the sweepstakes period and follow the on-screen directions to sign up to enter (each an “Entry”, and collectively the “Entries”). Limit one Entry per email address. A person may only use one email address to enter.
Random Drawing
One (1) winner will be randomly selected on or about June 11, 2026, from among all eligible Entries received by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects relating to the drawing. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Before being declared a winner, the randomly selected entrant must first correctly answer without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by email or phone.
Verification
Potential prize winner will be notified by email within two (2) weeks of the close of the Sweepstakes Period. Selected entrant must respond to the email within forty-eight (48) hours. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable email resulting from any form of active or passive filtering by email service providers or for insufficient space in user’s account to receive email. Return of any email or prize as undeliverable, inability to reach selected entrant or failure of selected entrant to respond to notification within forty-eight (48] hours of first attempt by Sponsor, failure to provide proof of eligibility (if requested), failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or other non-compliance with these Official Rules will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected.
Prizes
There is one (1) prize available to be won, consisting of two (2) Reformation pieces up to, one (1) $1000 CAD in value, redeemable at Reformation retail locations in Canada, one (1) Monos Carry-On from the Classic or Hybrid Collection, one (1) Monos x Reformation Packing Cube Set of Four, one (1) Monos x Reformation Luggage Tag, and one (1) Monos x Reformation Cosmetic Pouch (total ARV: $[1565-1745] CAD) (the “Prize”). Sponsor makes no representations or warranties with respect to any Prize.
Prize Conditions
All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of Prize winner. By accepting the Prize, winner agrees to release and hold the Promotion Entities harmless from and against any and all claims and liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes, the receipt, acceptance, possession, use/misuse of the Prize, or the merchandise for which it is redeemed, including without limitation any claims for personal injury (including death), property damage, or violation of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity and/or other proprietary rights. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or use or redemption of Prize. UNLESS OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLAIMS MAY NOT BE RESOLVED THROUGH ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the Prize. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. No more than the one (1) Prize stated in these Official Rules shall be awarded.
General Rules
Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected mail/e-mail or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. Sponsor is not responsible for any damage to any participant’s computer system/software related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. If an entrant submits more than one (1) Entry, and/or if the Sponsor suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain additional Entries by using multiple email addresses, identities or any other method, all Entries submitted by the entrant will be declared null and void. Any suspected use of robotic, automatic, programmed, or the like methods of participation will void all such Entries by such methods. Sweepstakes may be canceled, modified, terminated or suspended if infected by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes outside the control of Sponsor which impairs or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with any entry process or who harasses any other entrant or any Sponsor representative and to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation/termination, a random drawing will be held to select the Prize winner from all eligible Entries received (if any) prior to the time of cancellation/termination. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then the Official Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision were not contained therein.
Data Collection/Privacy Policy
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree and consent to Sponsor's collection, usage and disclosure of their personal information for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and prize fulfillment and for Sponsor’s marketing research purposes.. All information submitted to Sponsor as part of this Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at monos.com/pages/privacy-policy. The Sweepstakes website may be hosted on servers in the United States, and the personal information you provide may therefore also be subject to the laws of the United States. Where required by law, Sponsor will provide you with the ability to opt-out from Sponsor’s use of such information for marketing purposes.
